Fair Acres Geriatric Center interview questions

I am currently a premed at nearby Cheyney University and thought working as a CNA would be a good way to earns some money and get patient contact hours. I called about the CNA training program and listened to a recorded message, presumably by Stephen Raquet, with instructions on when the CNA training program information sessions would be held, what materials to bring, and what information would be provided. When I arrived fifteen minutes early, as instructed, and encountered a woman in the staffing department I was told, "We are no longer doing the training program until August." (This was today, June 15th). I asked her why that information hadn't been put on the website or the recorded message you receive when you call and her response was, "I'll make a note of that." There were several other people there for the information session, as I would imagine there is every Thursday when it is scheduled to be held. One of the young women, who looked very disappointed, said to me, "I guess I will see you in August." I responded, "No, you won't. Good luck." The fact that Fair Acres has a free CNA Training Program was already a flag for me. It would seem to indicate that they have a problem with staff retention. However, given that it was free and located in very close proximity to my University, I thought to apply anyway. However, I would never consider working for someone who waste my time, energy, and money this early in the employment process. It is incredibly unprofessional and I will take my talents elsewhere. I would suggest others do the same.
