Interview
Interview process started out great, the recruiter sought me out and educated me about the position, compensation and the culture of the team and organization.
Poor Communication from Recruiter:
I spoke with the recruiter at least three times before I went in for the interview, he was keeping me engaged. I went in to interview and did not hear a word from the recruiter after. I was ghosted. I tried to contact him and got a “let me check” answer, which was very cold and short. It was not like his previous communication at all. I can understand that I was not a great fit. Just tell me that. Be up front in a professional way. I cannot understand him being so engaged with me and then no communication at all. When a recruiter does this, I question the culture of the company and also the recruiters professionalism. Just let me know that I was not the top candidate, thank me for my time and move on.

Very basic phone screen, panel interviews and felt very disorganized and as there was communication missing. The panels had their own agenda that related to their area of work. Team needed to communicate prior to me seeing the chaos.
