Fairview Health Services Interview Questions

Email with instruction was sent via email, it included parking, benefits, and timing. Through the interview, I started by introducing myself and talking about other benefits, a tour around the lab is also provided.

Initial 15 minute interview with HR. 2nd stage is a 30-45 minutes interview with supervisor and manager. Mostly behavioral questions and no technical questions asked. Be prepared to give scenarios.

The HR have the phone call with me and ask couple of questions on why I am interested in the position. For instance, why am I interested in being a nurse and what I am interested in working in Fairview

Was offered an interview, then I asked about pay. I said that the range was acceptable and would like to move on and then was ghosted. I sent a follow-up asking if I was still under consideration and recieved no response.

It was very difficult to get an interview because the HR department does not send resumes to the hiring manager. The actual interview is on Zoom with District Manager and one other manager. Interview lasted about 1/2 hour.

It is a slow start to get an interview, but once the calls started the phone interviews lasted for 30-45 mins but still awaiting for an offers. I am a new nurse therefore this is very new for me.

It was really efficient and quick. The questions were based on your experiences with working in a team and how you would handle certain situations. Some questions were about how you worked with customers and in confrontation.

Interview process was straight forward. There were 2 rounds of interview, one with manager and other with the team. Both were a mix of technical and non technical questions. Decision after both rounds was made quickly. I received a call from HR soon after and offer was rolled out in just 2 days after discussing expectations with the HR.

First, I submitted an application, then was contacted for a virtual interview. I am not sure why this is required to have 30 words, it does not take 30 words to describe an interview process.

The first part of the interview was myself recording answers to 3 questions and then following up with 3 written answers. This begins the process of them deciding to interview further.
