Initial 15 minute interview with HR. 2nd stage is a 30-45 minutes interview with supervisor and manager. Mostly behavioral questions and no technical questions asked. Be prepared to give scenarios.

Was offered an interview, then I asked about pay. I said that the range was acceptable and would like to move on and then was ghosted. I sent a follow-up asking if I was still under consideration and recieved no response.

It was very difficult to get an interview because the HR department does not send resumes to the hiring manager. The actual interview is on Zoom with District Manager and one other manager. Interview lasted about 1/2 hour.

Interview process was straight forward. There were 2 rounds of interview, one with manager and other with the team. Both were a mix of technical and non technical questions. Decision after both rounds was made quickly. I received a call from HR soon after and offer was rolled out in just 2 days after discussing expectations with the HR.
