The interview process was straight forward. If you just be yourself you’ll be ok. It is as expected. You do the interview, meet staff and do a walk through. They then get you set up to do onboarding paperwork and task. It is just like every other SNF

Interview
The director is very kind and respectful. He was also direct and clear on what he was looking for in an employee. Stated what I would be paid and where I would be stationed. Checked in on me to make sure I was ok. To be the head manger he was concerned about his staff well being.
