Family Service interview questions

One of the easiest interviews I have ever done. I applied and two days later they called me for an interview. They asked me some basic questions about my experience with children and what i like best about working with kids and what i like to do. i was offered the job that very day and accepted. It was a one-on-one interview with a program supervisor. They had to do a background check and once everything clears you are officially hired. I was offered the job with some experience in babysitting and that was it. So its a pretty easy interview process and apparently they will hire just about anyone who seems legit. I was still in college when i applied for the position so they were really good about accommodating to my schedule. They also took into consideration my school placement requests when deciding what school I should work at.
