The process comprised a first interview with the CEO and then a coding interview. I'm sure they would have more steps, but they were not mentioned beforehand, and I didn't make it through the code interview. The experience was good from a human aspect. People were kind, and the chats were friendly. Technically the interview was not matching the role I applied for. When talking to CEO, he mentioned several arch points for improvement, org issues to improve etc. When practicing, they performed Eng Dev questions like flattening a dictionary. That was a bit of a red flag for me. It's a clear signal that they are unaware of how to solve the company's problem, which will lead them to hire people who don't know how to solve them. That would for sure create extra stress on daily activities. So keep that in mind. Overall, the company seems to have a lot of potential, but they are in that middle situation to professionalize their processes. It might be an exciting challenge for those who like to get into the forming stage of orgs.
