Very straight-forward, good communication. Applied online and then invited to an interview on MS Teams a few weeks later. Interviewers were friendly and welcoming, happy to explain questions further etc.

Interview
2 people present. Set of fixed questions on a pre-printed format. Some are competency based. I was already working in a different contract so the actual process was different. In fact, for my previous contract, I was referred and the interview was more casual.
