In person interview with office manager and owner. Took a brief tour of the facility and was introduced to the business model and overall concept. Interviewer explained what products we offer as well as a overview of the day to day operations.
Walk in the door. You are not greeted and people are overall confused why you are there. You are then taken to a very tiny room, and pass through the production area. In a crammed, small, space you might get a chair to sit on. No one is in business causal or professional clothes. It will be awkward and you will walk yourself out.
