Interview
Fairly simple went over resume and asked me some behavioral questions. This was done on Friday, I heard back Monday from them that they are sending me an offer. I accepted the offer the very next day and was required to take a drug screen 2 days from accepting the offer. The HR their gave me a hair test. But when I got my buddy in almost 6 months later, the other HR person gave him a urine test.
Easy interview process. One phone screening and one on-site interview with typical interview questions. If you have answers to the basic interview questions and know about the company you will be fine.
Talked with Engineering Manager and HR person. Very friendly. Talked about changes that were made due to COVID-19. Also asked about strengths and weaknesses. Overall it was a pleasant interview. I did not receive an offer

Interview
I had a 10-minute phone interview with a member of HR. The interview was a lot of behavior questions in which the STAR method was supposed to be used. The Hiring manager than contacted me a day later and offered me the position.
