I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2013
Interview
Standard Fed Ex Interview; if you have ever had one, you know exactly what I mean. Two managers ask you questions back and forth and write down your answers. No reaction, almost intense. Just mentally prepare yourself to not be engaged by them what so ever during the process. Before and after, yes, but not during.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
Received a phone call, interview lasted about 45 minutes involving two managers with majority of questions asking about personal experiences. There were maybe about 10-15 questions which were already prepared for them to ask.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Which class did you enjoy taking while in college, and why?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Tonawanda, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied on-line, got phone call, received email forms, bring forms to the interview. background check is too long. interview is very standard behavioral questions, about 20 of them. with three interviewers, It lasts an hour. It's not a easy one for that little money you getting and boring job too. After the interview, they still ask me more personal info for the background check. I thought I was hired, otherwise they won't ask more info after the interview. But they turned me off anyway, saying they got better choice. So, be careful of your personal info. I got degree from UB, so I guess, if you want to work there you need at least a college degree. Don't waste your time.

Question 1
tell a time when you made an error. (and how you fixed it?)
I had one phone interview with HR and then one in person interview with two managers. The managers were cordial but distant - there was no warmth, friendliness or individuality displayed.
