    Advice to Management

I had a great suervisor at both staions I worked in. The only advice I suppose I could offer is to encourage employees to be more proactive in their health and wellness. Sposor better company related picnics to build a stronger internal community and sense of teamwork.

I worked at FedEx full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Secure job. FedEx isn't going anywhere, great job security.
Brand name, everyone will talk to you in sales, they all are familiar with who FedEx is, removes the trust needs as much.
Fair pay, don't expect to get rich.

    Cons

Limited Career mobility, huge corporation you are a number. Very select few will move quickly (I was one of the few).
    Micromanagement is prevalent.
Lack of transparency with your sales numbers and goals. Constantly changing numbers, account lists, really hard to hit year over year growth when your account list is constantly getting flipped in and out of your territory.
Huge disconnect from executives to employees.
