You come in, they have you taking a walk around the facility and accept the job offer. No questions were asked other than do you see yourself working here. Once you say yes, they process your information.

Didnt ask for a reference or anything. Literally asked me how I was able to handle stress and why I left my one job and what the duties are of a package handler. Very very easy. Submitted a clearance, heard back the following week.
