Interview
Interview took approximately one hour. I met with the hiring manager and one of the managers. I was also able to meet the Director. Very comfortable environment. I received a call about two weeks after submitting an application.

Describe a job you had to do and you did not like. They ask the backstory, your actions, and the results.
Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
