      Interview

Interviews are typically panels. All questions are behavioral questions. Use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) or PAR (problem, action, result) method. Don't forget about the result. The interview questions are literally three columns for problem/action/result for the managers to write in your answers. Situations do not have to be about work, but you must make them relatable. Quantifiable results are best; if not, show how you learned/grew from the situation.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a change you didn't necessarily agree with. Follow up question - what was the situation, what did you do, what happened.
