my hiring process was quick and easy. Just filled out some paperwork and signed some forms. Some paperwork and some stuff on the computer. Got a phone call a week later telling me to come in. That's it.

Every question they ask has nothing to do with the job
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
