BAR format. They conduct it over the phone or in person. Most of the question have to do with how you interact with others and if you're able to handle different difficult scenarios. If you've been a successful manager anywhere before in your life, you'll be fine.

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
