answered an ad in paper, talked to a manager, that asked for references, it was fairly simple and straight forward, and eventually led to a training class to make sure we were qualified to drive, i do not recall any specific questions from over five years ago, and things have changed since then as far as the hiring process

applications were accepted and an interview was scheduled right away. this was seasonal employment with flexible hours. the staff were very professional and respectful. training was conducted and testing was required. on the job training was provided
