Interview
Initially I went in for an interview regarding a general labour type job. During the interview the person interviewing me directed me to other more fitting jobs in the company. After some personality tests and compentency test I was offered the position.
Excellent. Really fast. The people were respectful and nice the entire way through. The process really ensures that the right person is selected for the job. They assessed culture fit, skills and background, and experience.
Fantastic. Quick. Easy it was a great process the people were nice. It was good overall process that was timely and balanced. I think others should work here if you are looking for good pay and respect.
