Interview
Had initial interview/screening with HR. Lead to a second interview with the hiring manager. Followed another interview with someone who was in the position I was being interviewed with then lastly was an all day interview with employees from all different departments of the company.

A couple STAR questions. Also, because I had experience for the position, there weren't any technical questions. I was considered over qualified.
