Asked for store manager, was taken back to office with assistant manager as well and asked questions. Sat in a chair by the door and faced the store and assistant manager. Store manager asked most questions.

It was a very typical interview process. We went over my basic skills, experience, and goals. I was sat down with the manager and her assistant in the room, though the process was very painless and not overly formal. It is a pet store after all.
