Huge project required, 3 / 4 + interviews, told they were not allowed to give any feedback. That was really surprising because they kept going on about how transparency and meritocracy is their religion - how is that the case when they won't even give basic feedback? It's not a great candidate experience to turn in so much work and not even learn how to improve their output.

They asked a number of questions about acting and behaving under pressure.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fella Health (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
It is over a zoom call, they asked a few questions and it was a quick interview but effective. It was at least 10 questions. Very natural and fairly easy interview. The interviewer is very passionate about the company .
