I had applied for the position and a day or so later, I was contacted by a recruiter. I underwent a phone screening and a few days after that, I was asked to submit a writing sample. Shortly after that, I met with the supervisor for the position. So the beginning stages of the interview process went by quickly, but after I met with the supervisor, it took over 3 weeks to hear back about a final decision, even after I contacted HR and the people I interviewed with. I assume it was because they were waiting for their finalist to accept, but I wish communication was a bit better as I neared the final stages of the interview process because they were initially moving quickly. Overall, I thought that the questions asked by the interviewers were appropriate and very typical for the position.
