1 - First contact with HR and description of position. Coding challenge to do at home.
2 - Interview with head of group where the position.
3 - Interview with head of Software Team, in which the group is integrated.
The coding challenge was the most fun of the challenges I have completed yet from other companies. The feedback on the code was great and given in both interviews 2 and 3. Both interviewers know their salt and ask questions/are interested in the candidate's background. The conversations made me feel very at home and were fluent, an exchange of information that felt very bidirectional.
