Fibre-Craft interview questions

Straight forward. Met with hiring managers. During a break, I overheard 2 groups of workers: 1st group: Said "don't try to bring up your ideas today. It'll only get shot down by (person's name)" 2nd group: "Unless you've been here forever, don't count on your idea being taken seriously." Those workers didn't know I was in one of the conference rooms. Definitely glad to hear honest feedback of how things work here. These were 2 big red flags for me.
