Cover letter, CV. What is your favourite book and why? Someone who has inspired you? What would you do outside of finance? Then numerical reasoning test, Followed by a phone interview.
Video interview that wasn't too long. 6 questions that was the same for everyone. However got rejected as there was discrepancy of deadline for the video interview on the application form and the invitation to the interview
