Interview
Got interview call through a consultancy firm. First there was an aptitude test of 20 questions/15 mins and then a Java/Spring/Design Pattern test of 70 questions/70 minutes.
There was 1 technical interview, 1 managerial cum technical interview and finally HR round.
Normally first 2 rounds would be difficult but here HR round was difficult. In technical round, some design based questions were asked and responsibilities were told, same type of questions in manager round with more emphasis on domain knowledge, designing and processes.
In HR round, salary expectations were asked and values, past appraisals etc were asked.
You wouldn't believe that HR round lasted for 30 minutes

Interview
The interview process included a Technical and a Managerial Round. Despite clearing the Technical Round, I did not receive any update on the interview result for over a week after the Managerial Round. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
To future candidates: be prepared for potential delays and lack of communication. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s organizational culture and professionalism.

Interview consists of 1 written round (coding), 2 technical interviews and 1 managerial interview. Technical interviews are a little tough. In depth knowledge is required . Be prepared about the projects that you have worked on
Process was transparent.
1 technical online test followed by technical discussion and Manager round.
HR round and salary discussion.
Although I got selected for SAP position and HR confirmed they are releasing offer letter by EOD but didn't. After 2-3 days they asked my referee Although candidates is good in technical and over all thing but they will be able yo hire on low designation for which applied for and with less compensation that was discussed earlier.
