I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity International (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
I received a call from a recruiter to discuss the role. I was happy to be put forward as a candidate for the next stage.
I received a confirmation email from HR with more details regarding the interview and role.
This email stressed this interview represented the last stage and I would be told whether I was successful or not straight after.
The interview went well with the two interviewers present. One interviewer was online but had her camera off the entire time, including when she directed a few questions at me.
We discussed experiences, how to resolve tricky issues and training. (STAR )
After an hour, the interview concluded. I was told I would be contacted early the following week. We said our thank yous and goodbyes.
No call or email was ever received.
Both the recruiter and HR ignored my email requesting an update.
Left feeling bewildered at the lack of professionalism.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity International (Cheam, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
Very lax and informal and one step hiring process. No degree required for application. Easy atmosphere as you can be interviewed via zoom interviewers very friendly however hiring process seems to allow just about anyone through post covid
Very friendly interview with both the team leader and head of the fidelity team for the recruitment company . Competency based questions around 5 of them and a brief chat about the role
