I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fidelity National Title (Plano, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Two supervisors interviewed me, my soon-to-be supervisor and her peer. They told me the workload would be 100-200 files per day, which seemed excessive but they assured me it would not be. That little voice in my head thought they were not being straight with me, but I couldn’t be sure and gave them the benefit of the doubt. That little voice was right though. Once I started, even though I was faster than my predecessors, within weeks there was really uncomfortable pressure to work even faster, even though I was closing over 100 files per day.
All automated. Did not hear a response for 13 months. I have 20 years experience. I am unsure whether anyone looked at my profile before making an offer. By the time I heard back, I had long secured a position.
