The recruiter was incredible. Extremely responsive and professional.
The process is long. 1 phone screening with recruiter. Video interview with VP. Video interview with hiring manager, 2.5 hour interview on site at the office - 5 separate 30 minute interviews. It was an entry level role they advertised. No offer or rejection after a week from there. I took had other offers so I accepted another offer at a company who was on their game. FidX is a slow moving company. I interviewed for an associate role and was offered much more elsewhere at a company who valued my time and experience. FidX talked a lot about culture fit and seemed full of themselves for a company that has only been around for 7 years. The process turned me off and made it an easy decision to join a company that can make a decision in a timely manner. If you are unemployed applying to them - expect the process to take 2 months minimum. Only positive was the people in the role who work there were great and the recruiter. Except for they seemed like they were above you. Gave a max of 70k for the position and I got about 50k above that at a similar firm.
