I spoke to multiple team members at various levels and then completed a practice assignment. Everyone was lovely and I had a great chance to get insight into the culture and the role.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fight or Flight in Jan 2025
Interview
I had a terrible experience interviewing with Fight or Flight. After having one in-person meeting and then a virtual interview where an Executive Vice President said she would follow up in one week at the very latest with next steps, I did not hear anything for over one month. I followed up 3 times, and nothing. Today I was emailed by that individual who informed me they had filled the position with another candidate. That is completely fine and reasonable. What is not reasonable is the lack of transparency and communication they offered me while I wondered for over a month what happened. I am disgusted by this type of treatment from an executive level employee and have no interest in working for them going forward.
