Finance Earth interview questions

The interview process was quite long (3+ weeks), and included a case study presentation and analysis. The overall interview process was straightforward and linear. However, responses from the company were relatively slow and often not satisfactory.

Emailed asking me to interview about a month after sending a detailed application. Found process fine and regular but interview quite strange. One interviewer said very little and was in the office - background view distracting and more than one person in the background obviously peered at the screen. The second interviewer had a shaky camera that was also disconcerting. Didn’t feel that the questions asked gave me the opportunity to show full range of knowledge and experience & didn’t feel like they’d read my application properly/ at all.
