Did a mathematic competency test first - this was quite difficult. Following this, had interviews with recruiting Financial Advisers - to see if we'd get on and work well together, with a range of questions assessing my work and education achievements, what drives me and why I think I'd make a good Financial Adviser at FLM.

A very structured, friendly process that allowed me a glance into the company culture and the strong relationships between the team. It was a video call, then a face to face in the office, followed by a quick call with the managing director, who was lovely.
