Interview
Initial interview with HR - general questions based upon resume, online testing of IQ, personality,etc. Phone interview with hiring manager. Informal review of past history, what the job entails and what they are looking for. Discussed having second interview face to face. Face to face interview at one of company offices. Still very informal but interviewer was sick so interviewer was more difficult to read.
