Es gibt 2-3 Gesprächsrunden, je nachdem wie man nach jedem Gespräch überzeugt. Mit dann mehr Leuten, mit denen man dann zusammenarbeitet. Alles ohne Druck und auf Augenhöhe. Es wird auf die charakterliche Passgenauigkeit fürs Team geachtet.

The interview process started out positively with fast response times and friendly contacts. After two successful interviews that went well I was told to wait, and wait and wait. Finally after 3 weeks delay I got accepted over the phone and I was sent a start date and an empty contract to check. The date for the signing of said contract was also planned. A day before the signing of the contract I was told that they would retract my acceptance. They are playing with the livelihood of students.
