Screening call, online coding assignment, 1 hr technical, 2 hr in person with founders.
The online coding assignment was a complete joke. 2 hrs to complete with no AI or google allowed, what a silly way to test people.. complete waste of time to do that kind of interview at a company that considers themselves "ai first"
In person technical interview was ok, super disorganized and gives me the vibe that these guys have nothing figured out and nobody experienced enough to put reasonable processes in place
