Finom interview questions

The first step was an interview with HR. The second step was a Design Craft Session, where you discuss your previous work experience and present one of your projects to a senior designer and a product manager from Finom. After this session, I didn’t get either a rejection or a green light I was just ignored. Overall, the hiring process didn’t feel very transparent.

Had a product skills interview for a platform PM position. Two interviewers with no experience in the domain that proceeded to make the entire conversation about user experience and topics like activation/retention instead of going into platforms topics like abstraction, platform boundaries. Totally useless segment on talking about a product I liked instead of the unique problems/challenges/value in the specific domain. Ended up closing the call early as they mentioned I did not have the necessary user insights - well good luck with success in a backend platforms domain with that kind of attitude, you're one of many companies in this field and nothing makes you special.
