Met with the recruiter, VP of sales, then CRO. CRO showed up late and didn't know anything about the role, or what stages were already done in the process. He seemed checked out. Asked if there was anything else we could touch on to ensure I progress to the next round. Told me no, he thought it went well and would reach out to the recruiter to set up next steps. Then got ghosted for almost two weeks just to receive the generic email that they are going in a different direction.

Interview
My interview process with Finvari lasted a little over a month and included nine steps: a recruiter screen, hiring manager call, two technical assessments, four onsite interviews plus a team lunch, and a final CEO conversation. The CEO was unable to attend the on-site, and the interview was rescheduled several times, including two cancellations shortly before the meeting. When the conversation finally began, it started late, and he briefly stepped away to take a call during the interview. My final interview experience ultimately diminished the excitement I’d had for the opportunity earlier in the process. After completing the full process, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback.

Interview
I met with the recruiter and then met with the hiring manager the next day. Both were video calls and the interviewers were personable and engaging. Next step after the hiring manager would've been a technical deep dive with a CSE and then an onsite interview loop with various team members.
