First Children's Finance interview questions

Received request for initial screening within a few days of submitting application. Requests for additional interviews were timely. After the last interview, timeline on final decision was incorrect/changing without notice, there was a lack of communication/transparency on next steps as multiple weeks had passed since the last interview.
