I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at First Choice Homes Oldham (Oldham, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
On arrival I was taken to a quiet place where I can settle down and feel at ease before the interview begins. I was given 15 minutes to relax. When I was ushered in the interview room, we had brief introduction and then the interview began in a relaxed situation. It feels more like a conversation.
