I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Austin, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was two rounds and not too bad. 1st was kinda technical, world events, the economy, and tell me your resume. Things of that nature. Second was situation with HR about gow to deal with communication and problems in the workplace
Started with a phone call prescreen about a month after I applied and then two months after the prescreen I received an interview the received the offer shortly after that
I applied online. I interviewed at First Citizens Bank
Interview
I first interviewed with the recruiter over the phone. It was a brief 30-minute call. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager which was another 30 minute Teams call. Then, I interviewed with a senior manager which was scheduled for an hour but only lasted about 45 minutes via Teams. All interviews were very conversational and not technical. I believe most, if not all, of the time spent in the interviews was to see if I fit the company's culture.
I interviewed at First Citizens Bank (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
One phone call interview that was pretty casual. Then the next step is a 45-minute interview with 2 or 3 people on your team. The entire process should take around 2-3 weeks.
