First contacted by email from HR and completed phone screening interview. This occurred during COVID lockdown. Subsequent 6 interviews occurred via video. Most were two person panel interviews. Approximately a week later HR then sent link to complete a “survey” which turned out to be a personality test. A few days following this, I received a generic response thanking me for applying but other candidates were more qualified.
