I met two senior managers for TPE who conducted the interview it was light and refreshing. good humoured and a pleasant interview. it took a little over one hour, although the time passed very quickly

Question 1
they had set competency based questions about my career, such as explain some difficult choices you have had to make in your role. Or explain when you last challenged a company policy. Also there were many questions based around my experience of working with unions.
