First TransPennine Express interview questions

Simple online application with CV attachment, no long application forms. Then invited to an initial interview. Stage 1 video interview with competency based questions followed by stage 2 interview with task, presentation and interview questions.

Welcomed and put at ease. I liked the role play elements as im a kinestetic learner and enjoy showing my skills in action. Questions were very relevant to the role, interviewers were very friendly and so were other associates i met during it.
