      Pros

      decent pay lots of overtime available great colleagues Great unions with fantastic reps who do their best to make a difference.

      Cons

      Safety on the trains is the worst its ever been. Assaults and threats from passengers are regular. Made worse by trains that are often without working toilets or aircon and are often filthy inside.
