Firstmark Credit Union interview questions

The interview process first started with a phone interview, HR would ask you some general questions about your background and experience. From there you get to meet the Creative Director and Senior Director, and if you pass that interview they will have you interview with the full marketing team.

3 Interviews just the average process, nothing really different from other companies, first the phone screening then the panel interview where they do the STAR questioning during the interview, and finnally if they feel you are qualified you will be set up for a final interview with the Department VP, then you are hired
