3 interviews in total as well as a task to complete which you have to follow guidelines to.
The first interview was with HR on Teams asking about my previous experiences, the second was with HR and the employee I was covering for as it was a maternity cover position on Teams again. They asked questions again about my experiences etc. After that I had a retouching task I needed to complete over the weekend which required me to follow certain instructions/guidelines & after that the final interview was at the Head Office with two managers asking about my experience and what I liked about the website, what I think needed to be improved & how do I like to be managed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FitFlop (Hammersmith, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
3 Interviews and a 2 hour task. The first interview was a Zoom call with the recruiter. The second was a Zoom call with the person I would be replacing along with the recruiter and the third, an in person half hour interview with the manager. Along with this I was given a task before the third interview, which took 2-3 hours of my weekend (task sent Friday night, expected to be finished on Monday morning)
I was happy to take time out of my work life and personal life for these interviews and was excited by the great people and company, however I was not even given the decency of a rejection email or call. I was just ignored, even after chasing. As someone who took all this time out, it would be great to at least receive some acknowledgement from them. Very disappointing
