I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Five Below (New York, NY)
Interview
Spoke with recruiter, HR partner and Regional Manager. Positive feedback and conversation along the way, but process was really dragged out. After my in person interview, there was zero follow up from the recruiter. I reached out for feedback and to check on the status of the interview a week later, and was told that they wanted to do a web interview next. Then crickets. Very unprofessional to just leave a candidate hanging.

I interviewed with a recruiter which consisted of standard questions to ensure it was a good fit. Then I interviewed with someone from the Regional team who was very engaging.
