I applied in-person. I interviewed at Five Below (Bronx, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was an on the spot interview in a way, the store had a sign saying interviews would be held that day for certain hours so I applied right in stores. I waited on-line for an interview. It was short and simple. Not really much to say because it was so sudden, and there was really no need to dress up or be fancy for it. I took my interview on a Wednesday and was told I'd get a call if I was hired or not on either Friday or Monday.
