Five Journeys interview questions

The interview process was virtual and set of multiple sessions. The manager was very friendly and pleasant, as well as attentive to answering all of my questions quickly. They seemed very honest with expectations and what to expect with Boston traffic.

Applied online. It wasn't a very clear submission. It asked you to answer a question about what you think of fundamental medicine, but provided nowhere to put it. Met with the Co-Founder, Ed, for 15min exactly in a Google Meet. Turns out he literally interviews EVERYONE that applies. I asked how that was a good use of HIS time. It was a very weird interview. It felt like he was trying to convince me Fundamental Medicine is legit, while also attempting to be hands off about it at the same time. I don't have a problem adapting, but explain to me how you want people to work 10hr days AND clean the bathroom just b/c they work there? Ok, he said he does it, too. That isn't a good use of your time either! Hire a cleaning company. This was a great preview of what to expect and I cringed inside, but soldiered through. He said they are a bootstrap not a venture backed company. Okkkkk? Don't walk, RUN from this place.
