Interview
The interview process consists of an initial phone screening with the recruiter, a HackerRank coding interview, a meeting with the engineering manager, and a virtual on-site that consists of another four rounds of interviews, all conducted remotely.
The entire process was well organized. The recruiter was prompt to provide feedback after each round and next steps. I had a good experience recruiting with Fivetran.
1st round was a hackerrank round with 1 ques , i was able to solve it, it was easy-medium, 2nd was code pair round with interviewer on hackerrank, ques: make a lexographically smaller palidromic string from the given string .

Interview
Interview consist of 4 parts:
- Coding 1;
- Coding 2;
- Architectural;
- Behavioural;
Every part is objective and focused on most important skills and knowledges.
I think that this approach is right because it is not focused on unimportant knowledges and very specific skills.
